This dive trip brings us to the south part of the archipelago of the Medas Islands on the Costa Brava, but as this spot is facing the north it is protected from the south winds. This time you can discover the north part of the Tascó Gros and Carall Bernat and enjoy a relaxing dive without any or only minor currents. The area around here offers you a fabulous abundance of marine life where you can see Mediterranean barracudas and common dentex in this underwater world. Near the island walls octopuses and morey eels are hiding on the reef flats. The wall of Carall Bernat is covered by sea fan and there it is also possible to watch giant groupers. From June until September, common eagle rays frequently come to this zone and it is likely to see up to 10 – 15 of them together. During most of the diving period sea slugs can be found in the shallow water of the Tascó Gros.
